Greg and I received a beer making kit from the boys this Christmas. We made our first pale ale a few days ago. It started bubbling away 2 days ago. Now, it's settling and waiting for bottling day!
So, when Greg comes home we'll be bottling our first beer! I hope this works. However, if it does this may become yet another hobby of ours. It's pretty fun though. We'll see how this goes.
In one month we'll be able to drink our first creation. It's perfect timing, because we'll be in Alaska as it's aging. What a nice surprise when we get back!
